When performed by a trained and experienced provider. dermal fillers are generally safe. However, risks include swelling, bruising, asymmetry. Rare but serious complications like a vascular occulosion can occur. In this case, HA based fillers can be dissolved with an enzyme called Hyaluronidase if needed.
Are there side effects or downtime?
You can expect to have some swelling, bruising, and tenderness at the injection sites.
